The Spiritual Council in Africa is committed to making practical, accessible education available to support healthier relationships and stronger communities.
In March 2026, we officially launched this outreach initiative with the delivery of our first free Couples Wellbeing & Energy Education Programme in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
This two-day educational workshop, facilitated by Valentina, brought together four couples from different stages of life. The programme focused on teaching the principles of Pranic Energy Healing and how these can be applied within relationships to improve communication, emotional balance, and mutual understanding.
Working with both younger and more established couples highlighted an important reality: challenges in relationships can arise at any stage. By introducing energy awareness and practical tools early, as well as later in life, couples are better equipped to navigate difficulties and build stronger, more conscious partnerships.
This initiative forms part of our broader commitment to education, skills development, and community wellbeing. The health of a couple directly impacts the health of a family, which in turn contributes to more stable and resilient communities.
We are grateful to one of the participating couples who generously provided the venue free of charge, demonstrating the spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility within our community.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to our supporters. Through your financial contributions, we are able to offer programmes like this at no cost to participants, ensuring that access to knowledge and personal development is not limited by financial means.
Our intention is to expand this programme across Africa, offering more educational workshops that empower individuals and couples with practical tools for personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and conscious living.
